This scroll was created for the Barony of Bhakail's Baronial Champion in 2002. Congratulations to Lachlann of Stirling, Bhakail's Champion and the recepient of this scroll!

The design is derived from another Bodleian manuscript: Bodleian MS. Lat. bib. e. 7, folio 176v. The original is an image of King David playing the harp (at least I assume it is David,) and it was easy to turn that into a sword-and-shieldman.

Let me state for the record that I hate doing robes. I need to learn how to do it right, instead of faking it!
